Ajay Devgn, who co-starred with Mukul Dev in Son of Sardaar, expressed his shock, saying, “Still trying to process it… Mukul. It’s all too soon and sudden. You had a way of making everything lighter, even on the heaviest days. Om Shanti.” 

Mukul Dev was the younger brother of actor Rahul Dev. The family issued a statement confirming his peaceful passing in New Delhi. He is survived by his daughter Sia and siblings Rashmi and Rahul.
